Academic Coaching
Members will provide students from Springfield public schools with in-class and out-of-class academic coaching and mentoring in an effort to increase overall academic performance, including attendance, grades, behavior, and class participation. Academic coaching may take the form of working one-on-one with students, facilitating small groups, and/or assisting a teacher with large group activities.
