Graduate Housing
Springfield College provides many housing options for Graduate students. On campus there are graduate apartments in the Living Center and in the Grad Annex. There are apartments in houses in the Graduate Village adjoining the campus. There are two apartment buildings on Shillingford Street adjoining the campus and various apartments in individual homes in the neighborhood just off campus.
Most students share living space with one to three roommates, each with their own bedroom. We also have accommodations for married students.
Graduate housing is furnished with all the essentials; you need only bring your cooking and eating utensils, linens, telephone, and personal belongings. Each bedroom has an extra-long twin bed, dresser, and desk.

Graduate Village Eight houses clustered together just off campus comprise the area we call the Graduate Village. By far our most popular grad housing area, Grad Village gives students all the convenience of living on campus but offers a more autonomous lifestyle. Students are housed in separate bedrooms and share all common areas, with three or four residents per house.

College-owned Apartments Springfield College owns two apartment blocks and several homes around the perimeter of the campus. All are within easy walking distance from all campus facilities. Each residence accommodates two to four students in private bedrooms and shared living space. Married students are housed in the two-bedroom apartments. Although the houses and décor are not elaborate, they provide a convenient location and the opportunity to live among other graduate students. Residents are responsible for their own telephone service. There are driveways and college-owned parking lots adjacent to or in the vicinity of each residence area.
