The College believes that the residential life experience is an important facet of their Springfield College education. Therefore, undergraduate students are required to live on campus for their first three years. All housing rates are billed per semester.Housing Cost

Residence Life Cancellation Policies
The College has a three year residency requirement for Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors. All housing contracts are for the full academic year.Seniors and Graduate students who have signed a Housing Contract and wish to cancel must notify the Residence Life Office in writing and the following penalities will be assessed.
Cancellation Penalty for Enrolled Students
| Before May 15 | $200.00 |
| May 15 - July 1 | $400.00 |
| July 2 - August 28 | $400.00 + *20% |
| After August 28 | $400.00 + *100% |
