| Memorial Day | Monday, May 26 | Monday, May 25 |
| Independence Day | Friday, July 4 | Friday, July 3 |
| Labor Day | Monday, September 1 | Monday, September 7 |
| Columbus Day | Monday, October13 | Monday, October 12 |
| Thanksgiving Day | Thursday, November 27 | Thursday, November 26 |
| Day after Thanksgiving | Friday, November 28 | Friday, November 27 |
| Christmas Day | Thursday, December 25 | Friday, December 25 |
| Additional Christmas Break | Friday, December 26 - Wednesday, December 31 | Monday, December 28 - Friday, January 1, 2010 |
- When a holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday is normally considered as the holiday. When a holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday is normally considered as the holiday.
- Regular full-time employees receive full holiday pay. Regular part-time employees receive holiday pay on a pro-rated basis equivalent to their normal work schedule.
- Additions or changes to this schedule will be communicated through the Office of Human Resources. Meanwhile, if you have any questions, please call the office at extension 3118.
