Information and Technology Services

Mission

Information and Technology Services (ITS) provides computing and communications services including campus-wide network service, Internet, e-mail, telephone systems, and cable TV service to the Springfield College community.

The HelpDesk provides computer support for our faculty and staff. ITS also maintains public access and instructional computer labs across the campus. SHS computer support is also provided through the main campus to all of our remote campuses. The Student Help Desk provides computer technology support for students that live on campus.
